TERMS OF SERVICE

- I remain the right to use commission as a portfolio piece and for promoting purpose. If you want it to be private, let me know in advance
- I obtain the right to refuse/cancel a commission for many reasons (if it doesn't suit my style/i'm unable to achieve the desired style effect)
- I reserve the right to post the artwork on social media unless I've been asked not to post it beforehand
- Regarding Light NSFW/Light GORE, the product will only be posted on Bluesky, unless the client asks me not to post it beforehand
- My artwork CAN NOT be used as NFTs or for AI under any circumstances!
- Do not apply any changes to the finished artwork, including removing my watermark or claim my artwork as yours
- You have the right to post the commission provided I give my consent, I'm given proper credits and the artwork is not modified in any way
- I can send you WIPs of the commission. You must provide me feedback regarding my progress of your product
- More than one character means double the price
- The waiting time for the final product may be up to 5-10 days. Depending on the number of clients waiting in line for the commission or in urgent exceptional cases related to my private life, the waiting time may be longer, but I will let you know in advance
- Commissions can take some time due to my personal life, I can cancel them anytime I need to, so please keep that in mind. However, if the purchase has been paid for and I'm in the process of making a commission but I will be forced to close them at that time, the product will still be completed on time. Future requests after the close will not be considered
- Please send me a request for commissions on Discord/social media with a detailed description of the desired product (links can be found on my profile/the ToS home page)
- Regarding OCs, the description must be precise. If the character in the reference is unclear/opaque, details on the artwork may not come out as you expected
- Please be patient! It may take a while for me to respond sometimes

PAYMENTS

  • In Euro and USD only

  • Payment via Paypal/Ko-Fi only

  • In order for me to proceed with the commission, payment is required first

  • Full payment is required within 72 hours (3 days) of the transaction initiation, otherwise the commission will be canceled after the deadline

REFUNDS

  • Refunds may be given if I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason (e.g. there has been no progress in your commission on my part for two months, unless I warned you prior to payment that there would be a wait)

  • If you wish for a refund, you will receive 100% if no steps have been taken at all. However, depending on the stage of your product, the percentage of the refund may change

  • NO REFUNDS after your artwork is completed
